Can more pendants be ordered later?
Yes. Though duplicate Life Pendants look just like an original, they are made using a silicone mold which was created at the time of the original order. Though the difference between the two is not discernible, the fingerprint on a duplicate pendant is not a literal print.
Do you offer local pick-up of orders?
We offer that option if you prefer it and are able to do so. We request that orders be picked up during business hours and within a week following notification unless special arrangements are made.
How long will my order for Life Pendants take?
When asking this question it’s good to keep in mind the customized nature of each Life Pendant – finishing them to your specifications requires time and great care! To start, the timing for completing an order does not begin with the placement of the order, but rather with the completion of two separate elements; The taking of the fingerprint impressions (our part), and the receipt of complete instructions for finishing the order (your part). Because the impressions associated with your order are kept together and never divided, a question regarding any one of those pendants will delay the whole order from moving through the finishing process. For example, if a hand-stamped tag is included with or added to an item that was ordered you must also supply what it is you want stamped on that tag. If you ordered a leather Key Fob or a Simple Necklace on a leather cord we need to know whether you want black or brown leather on each of those items. Generally speaking, once these two requirements have been met your Life Pendants order takes 2 to 3 weeks for completion, add a week to that if Engraving or Tie Tacks are included on an item in your order.
